Antarktik Toprak Mikrobiyotasında Kolorektal Kanser Tedavisinde Kullanılabilecek Aday Antikanser Peptitlerin Tespiti ve In Vitro Test Edilmesi
İstanbul Üniversitesi NAP OngoingProject Overview
This project aims to identify candidate anticancer peptides from Antarctic soil microbiomes and assess their potential for colorectal cancer treatment through bioinformatic screening and in vitro testing. A bioinformatics pipeline developed as part of the project was published in: Erözden, A. A., Tavşanlı, N., Demirel, G., Şanlı, N. Ö., Çalışkan, M., & Arıkan, M. (2026).
